Fly over the Lynn Canal (the longest and deepest Fjord in North America) and the Juneau Icefield on your way to Dog Camp on the Denver Glacier. This is one of the most spectacular flights you will ever experience. Top this off with your arrival at our Denver Glacier Dog Camp. One of the most unique little villages in the world it is populated by 240 Alaska Huskies, 16 Guides and numerous puppies. After a safety talk your musher will explain the do’s and don’ts of dog mushing and then you are off down the trail. Everybody gets an opportunity to drive a sled, or, if they feel more comfortable sitting in the sled and watching the dogs run that’s fine too. Spend some time in Camp on your return visiting with the puppies and learning what it takes to live on a glacier.

Fly along the famous Mendenhall Glacier on your way to our Mendenhall Dog Camp. Look for goats, waterfalls, cirques, hanging glaciers & incredible spires such as the Mendenhall Towers and Rabbit Ears. Our Dog Camp is the largest in the world with 300 Alaskan Huskies, 20 Guides and of course puppies! After a safety talk your musher will explain the do’s and don’ts of dog mushing and then you are off down the trail. Everyone can drive a sled or your can choose to ride along in the sled. Your choice. Spend some time in Dog Camp when you get back with the puppies who have been anxiously awaiting your return.
