How soon should I book?

You will want to book your tour as soon as you decide on the excursion you wish to participate in. Seats fill quickly and departures are limited.

Should I go in Juneau or Skagway?

Once in the air, the experiences are one in the same, with both glaciers originating in the Juneau Icefield. You will want to book your tour in the location that accommodates your desires in the other communities you may be visiting while in Alaska.

Do you provide transportation from the docks?

In Juneau, round-trip transportation is provided from the docks downtown to the international airport, home of the heliport. In Skagway, due to proximity to the docks, we do do not provide transportation. Further details are provided with your tour voucher.

How much do your tours cost?

What time of day are tours available?

Tours are available throughout the day, if you are in town for a limited time, we will suggest tour times that accommodate your schedule.

If I call, can you tell me the availability of a tour right now?

Departures very by day and the weight and balance of the aircraft. We require full names and weights of passengers prior to issuing availability. Please complete a Reservation and we will provide you with the available departure times by email or phone.

How do I get my Voucher?

Once you have finalized your Reservation, we will provide you with your tour voucher by email along with your credit card receipt. You will need to bring a hard-copy of your voucher to present the day of your tour. Due to limited departures, we do require payment in full at the time of booking.

How do I locate the excursion?

In Juneau, we will meet you at our meeting location adjacent to the Mt. Roberts Tramway. In Skagway, you will meet us at the heliport. Greeter detail is provided in your voucher.
