How soon should I book?

You should book your tour as soon as you decide on the excursion. Seats fill very quickly – especially on helicopter tours. The Glacier dog sledding tours are very popular.

Do you provide a ride from the docks?

A ride will be provided from the pier. The information for the ride the will be given.

How much do the tours cost?

The price will be given after submitting a reservation request or by contacting us through the form to the right.

What time of day are tours available?

Tours are available at various times throughout the day.

If I call, can you tell me the availability of a tour?

Once you make your reservation inquiry we will confirm space and times available and let you know by email or phone call.

How do I get my Voucher?

When your reservation is confirmed or and payment received you will be sent a Voucher for your excursion. You will want to print two copies. One for your records and the other to give to the tour operator on arrival. We will also send you a copy of your credit card receipt for your records.

How do I find my guide?

All meeting instructions will appear on your voucher after the trip has been confirmed.
If you are being met on the pier instructions of who to look for will be given. If it is another location we will inform you of the pick up point, who to look for and the time. Please make sure that you are present for your pick up at the specified time. All tour operators are on a time sensitive schedule. If you are late and miss your appointed time of departure there are no tour refunds.
